When should I arrive?

The celebrations begin on May 21st, with our final event on May 23rd. We would love to have you with us for the entire weekend, but if you can only make it to some of the events, we’ll take what we can get!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We’re keeping the weekend intimate and personal, so we can only accommodate the guests named on each invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the celebration to our nearest and dearest.

Are children welcome?

Your little ones are very welcome! Please note that there are no private rooms near the event venues for naps or early bedtimes. The good news is that both hotels are located on the Château La Coste property, and you can arrange babysitting services directly through your hotel if needed.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2027 at the very latest. You can confirm your attendance through the RSVP section of this website. The sooner we know you’re joining us, the sooner we can start getting excited to see you!

Will there be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options?

Absolutely. We’ll make sure there are options to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know about yours when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

All of our events will take place outdoors across a mix of grass, gravel, and tiled surfaces. Ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your shoes — stilettos and very thin heels may have a harder time enjoying the weekend than you do.

Will there be shuttles to and from the hotels?

All of the celebrations will take place at Château La Coste, with the event venues just a short walk from the hotels. That said, we’ll have shuttles available throughout the weekend for your comfort and convenience, so getting around will be easy.

Can I stay off property?

Of course. Plenty of hotels and Airbnbs are available in the surrounding area, although we would love to have as many of you as possible staying with us on the Château La Coste grounds.

If you choose to stay elsewhere, please note that Château La Coste offers complimentary on-site parking. Guest transportation will operate within the property only, so you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to and from Château La Coste.

What will the weather be like?

May in Provence is typically warm and lovely during the day, with temperatures around 21–24°C (70–75°F), while evenings can cool down to around 11–13°C (52–55°F).

Since we’ll be spending plenty of time outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evenings, especially if your outfit involves bare shoulders.
